Cancellation Policy
Up to 90 days before arrival, cancellations at Muggla are free of charge.
Up to 31 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the booked arrangement.
Between 30 and 7 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the booked arrangement.
From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show, we charge 90% of the total price.
With a 90-day free cancellation period, we require a 30% deposit of the total amount. If you cancel within the free cancellation period, we will refund the full deposit via bank transfer.
Please note that your booking is only valid once the deposit has been received. You will receive a written booking confirmation from us. An inquiry is initially non-binding and does not constitute a fixed booking.
If the deposit is not made within the specified period, the accommodation provider may withdraw from the accommodation contract without setting an additional deadline.
Up to three months before the agreed arrival date, both contracting parties may terminate the accommodation contract without a cancellation fee by unilateral declaration. The cancellation declaration must be received by the other party no later than three months before the agreed arrival date.

Data Processing
Personal data that you have provided to us via a website or email will only be used for correspondence with you and solely for the purpose for which you have provided your data. The data provided will only be forwarded to the responsible department within the company.
We assure you that your personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by legal regulations.
Data Storage
The data provided to us will only be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was entrusted to us. If statutory retention periods apply, they will be observed.
If you no longer agree to the storage of your personal data, we will delete the stored data at your request. If your personal data has changed, we will correct it upon your notification.

We value the security of your data. We use it exclusively for its intended purpose and only share it with third parties if they contribute to fulfilling this purpose on our explicit behalf.
In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Law Gazette 2017/120 of the Republic of Austria, which took full effect on May 25, 2018, users have the right to request and receive free information about the personal data we have stored about them.
Additionally, every customer or user has the right at any time to request the correction of inaccurate data, the restriction of processing, and the deletion of their personal data, provided there are no legal retention or reporting obligations that prevent this.
